Summary of Place:
I was painting with the Missouri Plein Air painters.
The destination was the Great River Road at Clifton Terrace, IL.
The weather was clear with a slight breeze.
Inspiration and Design:
The purpose of this painting is to depict the colorful bushy vegatation growing on the river bank.
I was sure to show depth.
It was a blue sky which would complement the red-orange color well.
